手糊成型工艺
在模具上均匀涂上脱模剂和胶衣树脂,然后铺放增强材料,用压辐及毛刷涂覆混有固化剂的树脂，使树脂浸渍增强材料并驱除气泡，铺层操作反复进行直至达到制品的设计厚度，然后在常温或加热条件下固化成型。

玻璃纤维方格布适用于各种增强树脂，如UP、VE, EP和PF等。玻璃纤维无捻粗纱布产品幅宽范围50mm ~3000mm,单位面积质量范围260g/㎡~1600 g/㎡,特殊规格可根据客户要求生产。

备注: 卷宽:标准宽度在1000mm，1270mm，其他尺寸根据客户实际需要，有200mm到3200mm可供选择。 包装:玻璃纤维无捻粗纱通常卷在内径为76毫米的纸管中。用塑料薄膜将纸卷包好，然后装入纸箱。水平放置纸卷，可以放在托盘上，也可以放在集装箱里。 储存:产品应储存在阴凉、防水的地方。建议室温和湿度分别始终保持在15℃至35℃和35%至65%。请在使用前将产品保存在原包装中，避免吸潮。
